He was predeceased by: his father Jose Tapia "Fred"; and his sister Melanie Tapia. He is survived by: his wife Monique Tapia; his children, Aurelia Tapia, Jose Tapia, Xavier Tapia and Josiah Tapia; his mother Elizabeth Molinas; his siblings, Chris Tapia, Jojo Quintana, Jennifer Debord and Nicole Molinas; his parents-in-law, Yolanda and Ronnie Martinez; and his brothers-in-law, Steven and Joseph Martinez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
