He is survived by: his children, Joseph Valdez (Mileny), Jonathan Valdez (Shauna) and Dinah Poland (Brendon); his grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Alyssa, Ethan, Lucas Valdez, Carter, Cooper, Clara Poland and Luke Valdez; and his sisters, Rebecca Marlowe, Rosemary Maes (John) and Kelly Valdez-Ayres (Bob).
