Though Joy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Burwinkle; and her son Joe Bishop. She is survived by: her sister Arlene Smith; her children, Tena Bishop (Paul Fetherolf) and Edward Bishop; and her stepson Brian Burwinkle (Michelle). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
