She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Edward Turnage and Margaret May Turnage; and her sister Emma Jean Turnage. She is survived by: her husband Theo Edward McCarty II; her children, Vicky McCarty, Theo Edward McCarty III (Kirsten) and Cathy Wilson (Mark); her grandchildren, Britney Meilleur (Peter), Eddy Jon Nunez, Sypria Nunez, Stetson Benjamin, Chase McCarty and Skyler McCarty; her great grandchildren, Leo Johnnic and Siler Meilleur; and her siblings, Ruby Poole, Sonny Turnage (Ann), Dave Turnage (Lana) and Sharon Goodin (Butch). She is also survived by many cousins, neices, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
