She was predeceased by: her parents, Ismael Sanchez and Bessie Sanchez; and her sister Gloria Marie Chavez. She is survived by: her nephews, Rogelio and Danois Calderon; and her siblings, Patricia Baca (Richard), Ishmael Sanchez, John Sanchez (Anna), Helen Sanchez, James Sanchez (Angela), Susan Solis (Ed) and Mark Sanchez. She is also survived by children's rights and championing in children.
