She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Leonard and Helen Leonard; her sister LouAnn; and her husband William Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Sullivan (Cori) and Bridget Self (Paul). She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
