He was predeceased by: his father Jack Gilligan; his stepfather Ron Powell; and his brothers, Richard Parsons and Mike Gilligan. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Lynsey Mannix (Adam), Kelsey Bailey (Rich), Whitney Monjure (Jeremy) and Mac Powell (Lily); his grandchildren, Lienna, Siara, Alessa, Ruben and Kieran; his mother Marie; and his sisters, Sue, Debbie and Jackie.
