He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee, Lillian Truitt and Helen LeKates; his father-in-law Theo Yeitrakis; his aunts and uncles, Lee Truitt, Chris Creviston, Terry Robinson, Janet Albertson, Jeanne and Harold Parsons; and his cousins, Drew Parsons, David Parsons and Victoria Lea Vannest.

He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Truitt; his children, Grant Truitt, Grady Truitt and Gibson Truitt; his father John Truitt; his sister Jacquelyn Truitt (Logan Rice); his mother-in-law Sheri Kraemer; his siblings-in-law, Mitzi Roth and Brad Hudgeons; his aunts, Georgia Treat (Jim) and Barbara Creviston; his cousins, Jake, Emmy Creviston, Maggie Creviston, Vince, Melissa Esparza, Kristin, Bard Weinstein, Anthony, Kori Esparza, Don Parsons, Gale West and Xena Galietti (John); his pets, Frida, Finley and Gary; his mother Holly Creviston Truitt; Olive, Lucca, Chloe, Keegan, Landon and Liam. He is also survived by parents, sister, cousins, grandparents, in laws, aunts and uncles.
