She is survived by: her children, Jerry Olona, Catherine Olona, Michael Olona, Arthur Olona, Mark Olona, Sophia Olona, Nick Olona, Paul Olona and Jeff Olona; her siblings, Peggy Sanchez, Jimmie Dimas and Pauline Olona Hernandez; and her close friends, Helen Trujillo, Terry Lucero and Lydia Paiz. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews.
A rosary was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salazar Funeral Homes & Crematory - Salazar Mortuary (400 3rd St SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102). A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shrine of the Little Flower St. Therese of the Infant (3424 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
