Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Adam Chavez (Albuquerque, New Mexico), who passed away at the age of 50, on January 9, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Griego and Christion "Leroy" Chavez; and his sister Claudia Chavez. He is survived by: his wife Claire Dudley Chavez of Albuquerque; and his siblings, Colleen Chavez of Albuquerque, NM and Mark Chavez (Frederica) of Los Lunas. He is also survived by five nephews, six great nephews and nieces, loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages friends and family to gather together, order pizza, and cheer on the Steelers.
