He was predeceased by: his parents, Estefana "Aragon" Ramirez and Tomas Ramirez; his son Ernest Nick Ramirez; and his siblings, Donald, Priscilla, Mario, Tommy Ramirez and Evelyn Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Josie Ramirez (Martinez); his children, Josephine Landeros (Christopher), Debra, Matthew and Charles Ramirez; his grandchildren, Stephanie Chavez, Joshua, Kayla, Austin, Gianna, Josiah, Juliana Landeros, Isabell Deaton (Zachary), Antonio Gutierrez, Charles Jr. and Lucas Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Cassiel Treviño and Ellie Deaton; his brother Phillip Martinez (Kimberly); and his siblings-in-law, Teddy Gonzales, Kiko Ramirez, Connie and Antonia Ramirez. He is also survived by siblings, their spouses, several nieces, nephews and family.
