He is survived by: his sons, Octavio Pena Jr. and Jesse Pena; his fiancée Cassandra Saiz; his brothers, Irving Pena Vicencio (Norma Abonce) and Francisco Pena Vicencio (Aracely Ruiz Joya); and his nieces and nephews, Isaac, Angel, Elliana and Abigail.
