He is survived by: his children, Patrick Green II (Karen), Tisha Green (Wally), Joey Spencer, Patti Green (Natacha), Levi Green (Kelly) and David Green; and his grandchildren, Justin Green, Ryan Reyes, Aron Chavez, Colton Hale, Hunter Green, Riley Green, Jacob Green, Daniel Green, Robert Green, David Green and Kayla Getsie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
