He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Pacheco; and his son Virgil Pacheco. He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Pacheco; his grandchildren, Jack Bolton and Lisa; his great grandchildren, Baylee and Owen; and his great-niece Bernadette Torrez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
