Ortiz, Randy Ortiz (Briana), Evette Madrid (James) and Valerie Ortiz-Uranga (Thomas); his siblings, Geraldine Martinez (Manuel), Emily Naranajo (Leo), Robert Ortiz (Dorothy) and Debbie Mascarenas (Ernest); his grandchildren, Amanda, Nevaeh, Elaya, Tommy, Tyler, Alana and Treyson; and his great grandchild Levi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
