He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Vera; and his wife Gloria Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Ramon Martinez Jr. (Sandra), Leona Martinez and Giovanna Jaramillo (Jake); his granddaughter Sophie Martinez; his great grandchildren, Daniel Chavez, Jade Chavez and Angel Chavez; and his siblings, Carmen Jaramillo, Sylvia Lopez (Sam) and Felix Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
