He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Mannal (Diamond) and Clifford Mannal; and his brother Robert H. Mannal of Ashland. He is survived by: his wife Karen Mannal; his children, Christopher Mannal (Shiuli) of Los Angeles, California, Dr. Patrick Mannal (Maureen) of Hopkinton, Brian Richard Mannal (Sara) of Albuquerque and Anne Mannal of Los Angeles, California.; and his grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin Richard, Mina, Kian, Charlotte, Margaret, Corinne and Oliver. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In the final years of his life, he courageously faced both cancer and Parkinson's disease.
