He was predeceased by: his parents, Hormidas Cloutier and Catherine Cloutier; and his sister Anne Cloutier. He is survived by: his children, Karen Cloutier Smith (Mark) and John Cloutier (Bruno); his grandchildren, Roman Smith and Kaylee Smith; and his brother Charles Cloutier.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 7100 Tramway Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87122.
