He was predeceased by: his wife Carmen Gutierrez. He is survived by: his children, Morayma Gutierrez, Laura Gutierrez (Jamie Solis) and Camelia Gutierrez (Juan Mercado); and his siblings, Elvira Gutierrez, Lupe Gutierrez, Teresa Gutierrez, Laly Gutierrez and Berto Gutierrez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
