It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen William Lopez (Albuquerque, New Mexico), born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orel C. Lopez and Emma J Lopez. He is survived by: his son Aaron Lopez (Melanie); his grandchildren, Marissa, Kassidy and Camden; his daughter Stephanie Terchila (Max); his grandchildren, Aubree and Vance; his daughter Angela Lopez; his grandchild Kyleene; and his siblings, Bob, Paul, Delia, Jayne and Marilyn.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alameda Mortuary (9420 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 833 Early St, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
