He is survived by: his wife Anna Gutierrez of Edwin's Catholic Church; and his children, Aaron, Isaiah, Matthew, Elijah, Victoria Gutierrez-Torres, Jonathan and Hannah.

A requiem service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pajarito Cemetery (5856 Coors Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121). A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (5800 Ouray Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120).
