He is survived by: his father Van; his brothers, Anthony (Dianna) and Michael (Alicia); and his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Dominic, Jared, Ciera, Vanessa, Andrew, Luke, Emma, Kate, Jacob and Nathan. He is also survived by numerous loving cousins and friends.
