She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy Mae Roberts (Kelly); her husband John Jacobs; her father J. L. Lowe Sr.; her stepfather Horace Kelly; and her siblings, Bobby Kelly, Joe Kelly Sr., Horace Kelly Jr., Archie Kelly, Odell Kelly, Bobby Lee Kelly, Edward Kelly, Curtis Garrett, J. L. Lowe Jr., Lonnell Lowe and Edna Hicks.
She is survived by: her former husband Dan of Washington; her daughters, Patricia -Bonner of Washington and Sandra -Nelson of Washington; her granddaughters, Vanisha Blake and Shonda Blake; and her siblings, Ruby Clark-Lowe, Johnnie Faye Presto (Larry), Glenda Taylor (Jerry), Ronda Patton (Dewitt), Alice Kelly Woods, Linda Smith (Gary), Lillie Stubberfield (Brett), James Mitchel Lowe (Debra), James Edward Lowe and Jerry Lowe (Redia). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
