He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franks and Charlene Franks. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stevens; his sister Cynthia Hall; his daughters, Shannon Lyons (Shane), Allie Tanner (Luke) and Jill Reisen (Matt); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Gavin, Collette Lee, Eli and Brett Tanner.
