He is survived by: his friend Kimberly Baker; his wife Kimberly; his stepsons, James and Kolby; his daughter Leilani; his siblings, Jim (Ellen), Donald (Alina) of John, Yvonne and Debra; his aunt Anne Johnson; and his nephew Patrick James (PJ). He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins.
