He was predeceased by: his parent Viola; his grandmother Grace; his uncle Joe; and his grandson Jason. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Witiuk (Sam); his children, Christina (Kyle Madole), William Jr., Stephan Sr. (Erica) and Amanda Ulibarri; his grandchildren, Alex (Jamie), Antoinette (Drayggo), Johnathan, Chlorissa, Mindy, Luciano (Fallon), Jacob (Amber), Destiny, Aaliyah (Ethan), Elijah, Stephan Jr. and Penelope; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Estrella, Drayggo, Zaidyn, Utaivyas, Analise, Donnie, Meadow, Ellie and Jackson; his parent Phyllis; his siblings, Jojo (Val), Grace (Sebastian), Frank, David (Ramona), Robert (Nadine), Janice (Sammy), Manuel (Anna) and Laurie; and his in-laws, Christine (Clifford), Michael and John (Nicolle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
