He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Oliver and Elvira Perez; and his sister Mary Oliver Leistikow. He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Oliver (Lupe); his daughters, Elaine Oliver Geherty (Steve), Celina Marie Oliver Phillips (Vic) and Kathleen Oliver Atkins (Rick); his siblings, Robert Oliver, Rose Ferrales and Jane Henson; his grandchildren, Hayden Chase Phillips, Hunter Nash Phillips and Josh Geherty (Amanda); and his great grandchild Harper Geherty.
