He is survived by: his close friend Gloria Lopez of Tucson, Arizona; his children, Jason Miera (Sara) of Prairie Village, Adrian Miera (Anne) of Penrose, Drake Miera of Vail, Arizona, Celeste Crespo (Antonio) of Leesville, SC, Valarie Miera of Arenas Valley and Gilberta Miera of Albuquerque; and his sister Dorothy McInerney (Roger) of Vallejo, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
