He is survived by: his parents, Robbie Smith of Carlsbad and Kary Angell (Kelley) of Artesia; his significant other Ashley Vaughan of Loving; his siblings, Charlie Angell of Artesia, Daphne Angell of Artesia and Brock Jones of Artesia; his grandparents, Linda Kelley of Artesia, Penny Clem (John) of Livingston, TX, Steve and Carye Lou Angell of Carlsbad; his aunts and uncles, Kristy Crockett (Doepp) of Artesia, Michele Kelley of Midland, TX and Lisa Nordstrom (Eric) of Stillwater, MN; and his cousins, Hagan Crockett, Ella Crockett, Morgan Kelley, Tyler Angell, Allison Angell, Caleb Nordstrom, Leah Nordstrom and Sarah Nordstrom.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar First Baptist Church (322 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (322 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210).
