She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Simmons Kirkes and Julia Mae Dawson; her husband Earl Williams; her grandson Micah David Williams; her great grandchild Kayci Ann Houghtaling; her stepchildren, Jerry Hugh Williams (Ellen), Cheryl Jerene Stovall (Dean) and Twyla Anne Houghtaling (Jerry); her brothers, Bill Kirkes (Bonita) and Charles Kirkes (Barbara); and her close friend Mary Helen Cox. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
