He is survived by: his children, Netta and Colby; his wife Penny Fry; his sister Barbara Davis; his siblings-in-law, Verna Taylor, Bev Blevins and Tom Fry (Sheila); his nieces and nephews, Netta Null (John Ross Null) and Colby Taylor (Shelli); his grandchildren, Kyla Johnston (Stuart), Tori Sillas, Laci Taylor, Makinli Knowlton (Wesley) and Taylor Null (Chloe); his nephews, Andy Davis, Brian Taylor, Scott Taylor and Michael Blevins; his nephew-in-law Andrew Calhoun; his great-nephews, Trent and Nathan Taylor; his grandsons-in-law, Stuart Johnston and Wesley Knowlton; his friends, Bob Mayberry and Carl Wilson; and his grandson Ike Huskey. He is also survived by grandkids, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (500 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210).
