We are sad to announce that, on June 3, 2022, at the age of 100, Ethel Delores Mayberry (Artesia, New Mexico), born in Granite, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar V. Mayrhofen and Ethel May Daniel Mayrhofen; her foster parents, Steven Gilbert and Mary Em Gilbert; her husband L. C. Mayberry; and her daughter-in-law Eileen Felton.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Emily Curry (Leroy Curry) of Artesia and Mark Felton of Plano, Texas.; her grandchildren, Gena Vest (Ronnie Vest) of Visalia, Julia Olguin (Eli Olguin) of San Antonio, David Curry of Artesia, Mitzi Miner (David Miner) of Benton and Jeremy Felton (Christina Felton) of Benton, Arkansas.; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Mayberry of Artesia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Artesia and/or Enhabit Home Health and Hospice.
