He is survived by: his sons, Brian Kilpatrick (Wendy) of Artesia and Michael Kilpatrick (Marissa) of Plano, TX; his close friend Frank Rodriquez; his siblings, Karen Kilpatrick and Roger Kilpatrick (Ramona) of Artesia; his grandchildren, Hailey and Christian Kilpatrick of Plano, TX; his nephew Keith Kilpatrick (Staci) of Leander, TX; and his niece Courtney Brown (Clay) of Frederick, CO..
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Terpening & Sons Mortuary. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Terpening Chapel. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at the Woodbine Cemetery (201 E Hermosa Dr, Artesia, NM 88210).
