He is survived by: his wife Emma P. Salgado; his children, Dr. Joe Salgado (Kim), Jamie Salgado and Vanessa Rogers (Jared); and his siblings, Arthur Salgado, Sally Brito and Eva Abbott.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Artesia General Hospital Foundation Cup of Joe Scholarship Fund.
