He is survived by: his children, Martin Huerta, Ray Huerta, Christine, Kathryn and Anna Rose Huerta; his grandchildren, Denico Renee Ortega, Danielle Rae Huerta, Martin Enrique Huerta, Alexas Ann Luna, Anthony Aurelio Padilla, Adrianna Aaliyah Padilla, Angelo Padilla, Anoele Albert Padilla, Leyah Marie Perez, Ray Segura, Jr., Kristopher Robert Segura, Ramon Robert Huerta, Raeanna Maryjane Perez, Tekenzie Umia Campbell, Montanna Campbell and Vincent Alexander Johnson; and his siblings, Hopie Huerta, Francis Perez, Nancy Franco and Christopher Huerta.
