He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Edward Frazier and Lea Ann Darr Frazier of Front Royal, Virginia; his wife Allison Kulinski; his children, Camryn Marie Frazier of Artesia, Thomas Caden Frazier and Carter Wade Frazier of Artesia; his sister Jessie Ives (Jeff) of Front Royal; and his grandmother Anna Catherine Rupert of Woodstock. He is also survived by wife and children.
