She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dallas "Buster" Chisum and Mattie Verna Chisum; her siblings, Billy Chisum, Jimmy Chisum, Larry Dale Chisum, Betty Smith and Wilma Chisum; and her husband Stanley Waldrip.
She is survived by: her son Randy Waldrip; her child-in-law Beva Catlin Miles; her son Bruce Waldrip (Jan); her son-in-law David Shields; and her sister Sue Rose. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Terpening & Son Mortuary (611 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (322 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210).
