He was predeceased by: his parents, Onofre Reyes Sr. and Alvina M. Jaquez; his wife Ruby Jaquez; his grandchildren, Elyssa L. Montoya and Jeffery D. Jaquez (JJ); his parents-in-law, Juan Cristobal and Agapita Julianita Gomez; and his sisters, Stella Montoya and Mary Jo Sarason.
He is survived by: his siblings, Georgia (Robert Lewis), Dolores Jaquez and Gilbert Jaquez; his sister-in-law Beatrice Rodriguez; his children, Teresa M. Perkins (Glen), Christine A. Montoya (Ralph), Herman D. Jaquez, H. Robert Jaquez (Kate) and Steven M. Jaquez (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Damian Jaquez, Branda Parker, Bryan Parker, Brad Parker, Sheana Jaquez, Rafel Montoya, Saphire Morgan, Tylar Jaquez, Crystal Jaquez, Alicia Karel, Jon Jaquez, Colin Jaquez and Jennifer Foller.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (500 N Mesa Verde Ave, Aztec, NM 87410). A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Memory Gardens (6917 E Main St, Farmington, NM 87401).
