He is survived by: his siblings, Georgia (Robert Lewis), Dolores Jaquez and Gilbert Jaquez; his sister-in-law Beatrice Rodriguez; his children, Teresa M. Perkins (Glen), Christine A. Montoya (Ralph), Herman D. Jaquez, H. Robert Jaquez (Kate) and Steven M. Jaquez (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Damian Jaquez, Branda Parker, Bryan Parker, Brad Parker, Sheana Jaquez, Rafel Montoya, Saphire Morgan, Tylar Jaquez, Crystal Jaquez, Alicia Karel, Jon Jaquez, Colin Jaquez and Jennifer Foller.
