She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Castañon and Bonifacia Martinez; her siblings, Ernesto, Juan Jr. and Amalia Ortiz; and her brothers-in-law, Juan Jaurequi and Samuel Ortiz.
She is survived by: her husband Monce Flores; her children, Felix Flores of Bayard, Alfred Flores (Margie Gomez) of Silver City, Andy Flores Bayard (Yolanda), Adam Flores (Alice) of Bayard, Mercy Flores of Tempe, AZ, Lori Gabaree (Steve) of Bayard, Evangeline Flores of Tucson, AZ, Mary Isabel Krasnik of Apache Junction, AZ, Rita Madrid (Benny) of Santan Valley, AZ and Cristina Amador (Marco) of Santan Valley, AZ; and her siblings, Deacon David Castañon (Virginia) of Bayard, Arthur Castañon (Lupe) of Santa Clara and Mary Ann Jaurequi of Silver City. She is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren; fifty-nine great grandchildren; seventeen great- great grandchildren.
