He was predeceased by: his grandfather Barry L. Evan. He is survived by: his parent Gerith Evan Chavez; his siblings, Isaac Chavez, Monica Evan Chavez, Stephanie and Jennifer Ogas; and his nieces and nephews, Alivia and Avelina Rivera. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, aunts and uncles and many cousins.
