He was predeceased by: his wife Regina T. Castillo; his parents, Ricardo C. Castillo and Mary D. Castillo-Kuhn; and his siblings, Gloria C. Kadison and Lotario "Leo" Castillo.
He is survived by: his brother Dr. Robert Castillo; and his children, Joseph Castillo (Selina), Patricia Cornez (Rick), Paula Castillo (Terry Mulert), Richard Castillo (Emily) and Mary Bueno. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
