She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Blaylock and Eva Blaylock; her parents-in-law, Don and Bette Jurgensen; her son Keith Jurgensen; her brothers, Don, Jimmy, Tommy and Danny Blaylock; and her grandson Brian Wiegel-Jurgensen.

She is survived by: her husband Rick Jurgensen; her sons, Donnie Jurgensen (Jasmine) of California and Michael Jurgensen (Amber); her grandchildren, Evan James Jurgensen of Belen, Stephanie Anderson and Tanner Myers; her great grandchildren, Shawn, Nicolas and Erik; and her siblings, Catherine Moore (Bob) of Missouri, Judi Riley-Bensley (Ron Wilson) of Los Lunas, Vicki Martin (Ski) of Los Lunas and Michael Blaylock of Washington. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, in-laws.
