He is survived by: his wife Mercy Modesto; his children, Paul Modesto (Karla), Roxanne Modesto, Naomi Alonso (Leonardo) and Joseph Modesto; his grandchildren, Leonard Modesto III, Jacob Tapia (Mayra), Alyssa Gibson, Timothy Tadena (Justine), Desiree Mulitauaopele (Darin), Marisela Modesto, Nicolas Proffitt (Alicia), Paul Modesto Jr., Andres Modesto (Haley), Leonardo Alonso Jr. (Alicia), Eileen Alonso, Joseph Modesto, Thomas Alonso, Nalani Modesto, Ezrah Modesto, Lexi Gutierrez, Isaiah Tapia, Jeremiah Tapia, Gabriel Mulitauaopele, Emilia Mulitauaopele, Colton Tapia, Frankie Proffitt, Damon Proffitt and Isabel Modesto; and his siblings, Stephen Modesto (Carmen), Isabella Modesto, Ruben Modesto (Delvina) and Gina Gonzales (Jerry). He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
