He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ginger Burson; and his great-grandparents, Jo Shough, Leta Burson, Benjamin Shough and Harvey Burson.
He is survived by: his mother Tonya Burson-Ivory; his stepfather Alvin Ivory; his children, Laila and Zia Burson; his grandfather Dick Burson; his uncle Coleman; and his aunt Jennifer Burson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
