He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Marks and Margaret Marks. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Marks; his brother Michael Marks (Debby) of Eugene Oregon; his nephews, Matthew and Josh Marks; and his daughter Kim Snow. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
