He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Girth Fuqua and Eva Pearl Fuqua; and his sister Georgia Kay Peerman. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Phillip Ray (Paula), Anissa Vincent (Dan), RJ Fuqua (Stacey) and Dawn Levine (Dave); and his sister Judy Davis (Kenneth).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel (418 W Reinken Ave, Belen, NM 87002). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
