She is survived by: her children, Samuel Moya (Kristin Rae Elkins), Michael Moya, Carmelina Moya and Gianna Moya (Destinee Bibiano); her mother Carmen Chavez; her stepsiblings, Derrick, Monica Chavez, Doug, Sandra Chavez, Brian and Lucinda Chavez; and her grandchildren, Brianna Moya, Samuel B. Moya and Miah Moya. She is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
