He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bolz and Gertrude Bolz; his wife Rosemarie Bolz; his brother Jimmy Bolz; his son Tom Bolz Jr.; and his grandson Justin Spears.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Bolz and Juanita Libby; and his children, Karen Landess (Mike), Kelly Donaldson (David), Charles Tabet (Laura), Kathleen Groman and Anna Montoya. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
