He was predeceased by: his mother Erica Robertson; his siblings, Jimmy Robertson (Lois) and Paula Tucker (Johnnie); and his brother-in-law Richard Turrietta. He is survived by: his sons, Doyle Ray Robertson (Jennifer) of Brooklyn and Brian Thomas Robertson (Aleta) of Omaha, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Savannah and Hugo; his wife Karen Jeanne Johnson; and his sister Mary Rita Turrietta. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Los Chaves or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as Tom was extremely proud to have served his country.
