He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Olguin Gutierrez; his mother Dolores Ulivarri Gutierrez; and his siblings, Frances Gallegos, Josephine Molina, Dorianne Gutierrez, Aaron and Fernando Gutierrez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
